Since 2005, APRO members have contributed to the RTO Employees Disaster Relief Fund which has dispersed more than $470,000 to those affected by natural disasters including hurricanes, tornadoes, and fires. These funds have helped rent-to-own employees recover from the devastations.
Unfortunately, natural disasters have become all too common. APRO’s membership understands that we must be ready to help our family of RTO employees at any time, and that a rapid response is critical, so APRO established this permanent mechanism to help our members in need.
The fund is administered through APRO’s Charitable Foundation, Inc. which is a 501C(3) -- all contributions are tax-exempt and every dollar goes directly to RTO employees in need.
