Join us for the 2024 APRO Legislative Conference on Wednesday - Friday, April 24-26, 2024, in Washington, DC at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill located at 400 New Jersey Ave NW, 20001.

Before you begin - Book your Hotel Room. Please also book your hotel room ($319) at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill located at 400 New Jersey Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001. You can click here to book online and you will be redirected to the hotel registration page. Please return to this page to register to attend the Legislative Conference.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER TO ATTEND:

Step 1: Your Contact Information. (The “Login Now” feature is disabled, please follow these instructions) Enter your email address in the Your Contact Information section and click “GO” to find your profile match. Your first and last name will appear and a message that your membership has been confirmed. If you have more than one email address on file, please try each one to find your contact information (if applicable). Once your record is located and your membership is confirmed, click “CONTINUE”. (If you are unable to confirm your information, please call (512) 626-1037 for assistance).

Step 2: Select Registration Options. Click the “+” button to select the quantity of “1” next to your registration option. Click “CONTINUE”

Step 3: Registration Information. Choose yourself under <Who is the Attendee>. Some of your information will already be filled in and, if necessary, you can make changes. Please answer each question as requested. If information is required there will be a red line to the right of the field. You must enter information in that field (i.e. for Legislative Requests, if you don’t have a request, you must let us know by typing the word “none” or “no requests”). You will not be able to register until all required fields with a red line have been filled out. Click “CONTINUE”

Step 4: Complete Registration. Input your payment information and click “Pay Now”.

APRO can schedule meetings with your federal legislators - if you're interested, make sure to indicate that on your registration. You also have the option to schedule your own meetings.
